Supporting the successful adoption of organizational and technology changes, the full-time Change Manager will develop communications, training materials, and user documentation while coordinating small to medium-sized projects in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assess organizational impact and readiness for change initiatives, developing appropriate change management strategies Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met while collaborating with stakeholders Create user-friendly communications and training materials, delivering instructor-led sessions to enhance user adoption Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred Two to four years of experience in organizational change, training, communications, or project coordination Experience in creating instructional content or facilitating training is highly desirable Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Understanding of organizational change management principles; certification is a plus
